• Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded, regardless of whether the services have been used fully, partially, or not at all.

Why Are Refunds Not Provided?

• Our platform provides immediate access to features and services once a subscription is activated.
• This includes profile visibility, participation in virtual or physical events, and community-specific matchmaking opportunities, which cannot be undone once made available.
• Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds or cancellations are therefore not applicable.

• Ensure that you meet community requirements and provide accurate information while registering, as incorrect details do not qualify for a refund.

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Switching devices or failing to transfer app data.
