• Parinay is created solely as a matrimonial platform. It must not be used for unlawful activities, software piracy, or any use prohibited under law.
• This is not a dating app. Any attempt to misuse the platform will lead to suspension of your account and may also invite strict legal consequences.

Virtual Events (Parichay Sammelan)

Our application provides access to virtual meetings through Zoom integration. These sessions must never be used for indecent behavior, nudity, adult content, or activities violating legal or community norms. Misconduct will result in permanent removal and appropriate legal action.

Community Membership

• Parinay is designed specifically for individuals from the defined community.
• We reserve the right to verify user credentials to ensure authenticity.
• If a person outside the community is found using the app, their membership will be immediately canceled and any payments made will not be refunded.

Parinay is not responsible for any loss, damage, or technical issues that may arise while using the app, including device malfunctions or compatibility problems.

Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time, without notice, especially if you violate our Terms or misuse the platform.

Governing Rules

• These Terms are subject to Indian law.
• Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
• If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will continue to apply in full effect.

Member Consent

• By registering, you authorize Parinay to feature your profile in event promotions or highlight genuine marriage success stories.
• We may share helpful updates or newsletters, but always with the intent of assisting your partner search—not spamming.

Changes & Updates

We may revise, change, or withdraw parts of the service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Support & Device Limitations

• We will make every effort to resolve app-related issues.
• Some problems may be linked to specific phone hardware or software versions and may not be fully solvable.
• If you switch to a different phone, your old application data may not carry forward automatically.
